About The Role

Virtuoso has experienced much growth and development over the last seven years, and we are now looking for an advanced Salesforce system administrator (SA) to help support our growing development team.

The Salesforce system administrator will play a very important role to help take on many of the declarative tasks that our Salesforce developers have on their plates so they can handle the more advanced coding projects in our pipeline. To be considered for this position, you must have extensive experience as a Salesforce system administrator, including the Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification. You must possess extraordinary communication and people skills, be able to multi-task, and have experience with the items listed in the Responsibilities section of this job description. A technical interview will be conducted for considered candidates to prove technical skills.


Responsibilities

  • Create and edit flows (must be advanced in this area)
  • Create, edit, and manage reports and dashboards with standard Salesforce
  • Build dashboards using the Salesforce CRM Analytics tool
  • Develop email templates, email alerts, and email notifications through flows
  • Create and manage user permissions
  • Build and manage public groups
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, etc.
  • Design and manage validation rules
  • Handle data management and data cleanup
  • Create new users and manage existing users
  • Develop and manage approval processes
  • Conduct routine org health checks
  • Manage logs
  • Oversee release management and version management for installed packages
  • Build and manage forecasts and quotas in Salesforce
  • Manage Lightning Knowledge for org
  • Develop and manage territories
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

  • At least four years of work experience in a Salesforce system administrator or Salesforce developer role
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required
  • CRM Analytics experience is a plus
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications a plus
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A team player looking for a collaborative environment
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude, a strong desire to succeed, and perseverance without getting easily discouraged
  • Detail oriented with expert organizational and time-management skills
  • Must pass a background check

Certifications Required

Salesforce Advanced Admin certification is required.


Salary

Base salary range is $85,000 - $105,000 per year and is commensurate with experience.
