Jeff is cool with letting everyone do their own thing on their own time, including folks who require training. Jeff is responsible for creating self-paced training to keep all our employees up-to-snuff on any current or upcoming Salesforce updates. To keep it simple for us non-training specialists, Jeff carefully crafts easy-to-follow, step-by-step documents and training modules that ensure we’re all in step. Outside of the office, Jeff utilizes these same in-step ideas as an acclaimed DJ. As a matter of fact, it’s rumored in DJ circles that Jeff has dropped mad beats for famous athletes, British royalty, and the original cast of The Muppet Show. He says that last one was weird.
Career-wise, Jeff is no stranger to training. After studying at Roosevelt University, Jeff spent 15 years conducting training at a global telecommunications corporation, followed by a 12-year stint doing corporate training at an in-flight Internet provider. That much experience makes us all want to dance.
